A private chef was running her business through Instagram DMs and a notebook. We built a 6-module platform that runs itself.
The problem
Booking a tasting took 6 messages back and forth. There was no way to browse services or see pricing. The business ran on at least 5 separate tools — Instagram for discovery, a notebook for scheduling, a separate payment link, a different platform for newsletters, and nothing for client management. She spent more time managing tools than cooking.
What we built
The outcome
The full 10-agent governance review scored the project 9.3/10 for client alignment. The platform replaced 5+ separate tools. DM volume dropped to near zero — the AI assistants handle routine questions, and the booking flow captures tastings without a single back-and-forth.
