The problem

Workbench Miami was running on three separate SaaS products — one for booking, one for billing, one for scheduling. Each charged per active member. As the studio grew, so did the monthly bill. On top of that, the booking software had no waitlist — when a class filled up, the next person just left. Paper sign-up sheets were the fallback.
